Following the creator/ author on tik tok and their juicing recipes, it comes as no surprise that the formulas of this book would be just as effective and life changing if not more. The recipes are simple and delicious, definitely a major game changer in my Health journey…did I mention delicious?!

I’m obsessed with this book, I was always intimated by juicing because what if I juice the wrong things. The book is a complete guide to delicious juices. I have recommended to all my juicing family and friends.

First of all, this should be a staple in every house hold. My husband, two year old, including myself and my unborn child(8 months pregnant) have all extremely benefited from making the juices from “Juices For Total Wellness” we have all greatly improved our health by implemented these nutrition packed juiced to our daily diet.

From the pictures to the recipes the book is AMAZING. The recipes are easy to follow and are very tasty (most of the ingredients are things that I already have in my fridge). This was truly a wonderful find/ purchase and I'm so happy to add this to my recipe book collection.
